Addressing the Mental Health Crisis
There was a growing mental health problem in the UK and Denmark (and most other countries around the world) in 2019 that desperately needed addressing. This was not helped by a pandemic and two years of restricted living and worries. As Europe are looking towards Ukraine and wondering if Russia will trigger a third World War and with rising prices to our daily lives, it's no wonder that the statistics around mental health problems are getting worse.
There's a lot that needs to be done to address this and far more than I will be able to do, but what I can do is to show up in my small corner of this world and offer my help.
I'm, therefore, in the midst of creating a 6-week programme, set to help people grow in resilience, to increase their mental strength and give tools, techniques and knowledge around becoming emotionally healthier.
This will be a affordable workshop, run online for international inclusivity, broken into small 1.5 hour sessions.
If you'd like to know more, sign up below and I'll email you the details once I'm ready to launch this workshop (and as always, I promise to never email you about anything more or less than what you sign up for! I take your privacy very serious!).
