Doing one thing a day that scares you will get you comfortable, familiar and brave at leaving your comfort zone for the sake of growing as a person.
Singing releases happiness chemicals - even when you sing poorly - and it's hard to remember song lyrics while also ruminating about the bad and worrying about the unknown. It's a perfect, active form of mindfulness.
You know the pain of people being reckless with your heart so why would you accept it, why would you do it towards yourself and why would you do it towards others?
