You can't stigmatise someone who doesn't feel shame.
If I'm loud and proud about my depression, you can't make me feel stigmatised for it.
If I'm an open advocate for seeing a therapist, you can't stigmatise me for being in therapy.
Stigma exists because of your fear of judgement. If you stop fearing it, you can't be shamed for it and stigma goes away.
It's not the bullies who make you feel something, it's your attitude that makes you hurt.
