Ask 'how' or 'what' over 'why'.
Instead of 'why did this happen?'
Ask, 'how can it be changed?'
Instead of 'why do I always feel so rubbish?'
Try 'how can I change that?' or 'what do I need to do to change that?'
When you ask 'why do I worry so much?' your brain will go looking for answers. It'll help you find what you're seeking. It'll help you find the truth in that statement.
Your brain is a powerful instrument; sadly, few of us were ever given a manual.
