Hi, Teri here - narrative psychology coach, writer and story collector.
And welcome to day 1 of my challenge to write one micro-blog a day for a year.
Can we learn anything in two minutes or less? Can a seed be planted? Can change be fostered? Can growth be initiated?
I'd like to think so. I'll like to try.
That's why I'm writing this daily micro-blog.
It's short and manageable but a daily reminder to pause, reflect and make different decisions that might serve you better in the long run.
The rest is up to you though, and what you do with it.
Do you ignore it? Delete, unread? Read - and think? Or, read - and forget?
Do you re-read and ponder?
It's you who've turned up here - why?
Are you ready to commit?
Will I see you back here tomorrow for another reflective prompt, taking less than 120 seconds to read?
Until next time, take care, stay safe - and sane - and make kind choices.

P.s. Originally, I was going to create an easy subscribe button - all automated and flash - so this daily blog could land straight in your inbox, but I decided I couldn't - it's not climate friendly, and I want to do my bit to be a conscientious resident of this planet. I also need to run an online, service-based business though, so it's a tough balance to strike.
What I opted for is that you can sign up to my monthly newsletter (which will have very little to do with me marketing myself, and everything to do with (hopefully) helpful and fun information, and you can follow me on social media to get this daily prompts.
This is a daily, micro-blog, taking less than 2 minutes to read, offering you insights into how presumptions, beliefs and stories shape our lives and worldview, for better or worse.
